Are checks ordered online the same as the checks I get from my bank?
Yes. Checks must meet certain universal standards established by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) used in the financial and retail industries. Checks offered through this site meet or exceed all ANSI standards. These are the very same standards any printer who contracts with a bank must follow.
Why are your prices lower?
You are eliminating the the middleman and ordering directly from a check printing company. By taking the bank out of the mix, you eliminate the markup that your bank takes. By eliminating this markup, you save.
Can my bank refuse to process checks that I do not order through them?
Provided your checks meet ANSI standards, a bank cannot refuse to honor checks that you purchased elsewhere. All checks offered through this site meet those standards.
Is it safe to order checks from somewhere other than my bank?
Yes it is. Your orders are processed using a Secure server and the same standards that are followed by your bank’s contracted printer are followed or exceeded.
Are security features available?
Yes. On checks you will see a small picture of the lock, which is to the right of the word “Dollars”. If you see that symbol, it indicates whether the check contains security features to prevent and detect check fraud. If you see the icon, some of these security features include:
- micro-security print: a very small print that “breaks up” if a photocopy is made of a check
- chemical protection and erasure protection: a produces that produces spots or stains or spots if someone tampers with your check.
- security screen: on the back of each check signals an “Original Document” from a reproduction.
- Other features are not disclosed to provide even greater protection. All security features exceed financial industry requirements.

When do I get my checks?
Delivery is through the mail and is usually equal to or faster than when you order checks through a bank. However, actually delivery time depends on the shipping method you select. The basic UPS shipping is between 10 and 17 business days from order to delivery. You also have the option of overnight shipping and expedited UPS delivery which is between 3 and 6.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you want to check the status of your order online, just go to the status page and verify your identity. You will then receive information about your order.
Are the colors on screen exactly the same as the checks?
That depends, in large part, on your monitor. Every effort is made by the check printer to represent images of checks accurately. Due to the wide range of computer monitors and color displays, however, you should consider the colors you see on your screen to be representational.
